Announcement of results of Combined Graduate Level (Tier 1) Examination, 2018

Staff Selection Commission conducted Combined Graduate Level Examination (Tier-1), 2018 from 04.06.2019 to 13.06.2019 in computer based mode. The re-examination for 48.06 candidates was conducted on 19.06.2019 and the examination for 1 (one) candidate was conducted on 10.07.2019 on the orders of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. A total of 8,36,139 candidates had appeared in the said examination.

Based on the marks obtained in the Tier-I Computer Based Examination, the candidates were shortlisted, category-wise to appear in the Tier-II Examination. Separate cut-off has been fixed for the posts of Assistant Statistics Officer and Assistant Accounts Officer (List-1), Junior Statistics Officer and all other posts (List-3) in the Ministry of Statistics and Program Implementation (Ministry-2) .

Since the Tier-I computer based examination was conducted in multiple shifts, the marks scored by the candidates have been normalized as per the formula published by the Commission on 07.02.2019 on its website. Such generalized marks have been used to pass the candidates for the next stage of the exam (ie Tier-2).

The category-wise details of the candidates who are temporarily eligible for Tier-II and the applicable cut-offs for each category are given in the table below:
