Required documents at the time of admission

At the time of admission, the applicant must produce original documents with two sets of self-verified photocopying:

• Certificate of tenth grade (mark sheet or certificate) indicating birth date and name of parents Claims for reservations under Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes / Other Backward Classes / EWS / CW / KM The names of candidates appearing on the respective reservations should be matched by the names), similarly their parents’ names should match the two sets of certificates.
• Twelve-grade mark-sheet
• SC / ST / OBC / EWS / CW / KM certificate issued by the competent authority (in the name of applicant). (The names of applicants claiming reservation under Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes / Other Backward Classes / EWS / CW / KMs should match their respective School Board qualifying certificates; Similarly, their parents Name must match in both sets of certificates).
• OBC (non-creamy layer) certificate issued by the competent authority (in the name of the applicant) and in which the caste is in the OBC Central List released by (The name of the applicant who claims reservation under the OBC (Non Creamy Layer) should match the name of the applicant, as it appears on the qualification certificate of their respective school board, similarly the names of their parents Should match in both sets of)
• EWS certificate from competent authority can claim the reservation under this category to prove the applicant. (The names of applicants claiming reservation under this category should be matched with the names appearing on their respective school board qualification details. Similarly, the names of their parents should match the two sets of certific.
